1. By submitting this application, you are requesting to be a Partner in the Gold Medal Brands (GMB) Holiday Marketplace. GMB has the right to use your business name, logo, and other submitted information to present your products and services to clients and customers and the general public, in any way we see fit. This includes but may not be limited to email campaigns, web site links, social media posts, or traditional media presentations.
2. The Marketplace is a holiday season marketplace for the promotion of products and services of GMB products and services as well as those of our partners. Themes and marketing positions are entirely up to GMB and you will hold GMB harmless for any representations that specifically represent any particular religious, political, or cultural ideas.
3. No compensation is due to Gold Medal Brands for your participation in this program. GMB does not guarantee additional sales in any way. We are simply providing the opportunity for an additional sales and marketing channel.
4. You assure GMB that your customer service efforts will emphasize service to GMB Marketplace customers and clients.
5. The responsibility for fulfilling product and service orders, and for collecting payments for said products and services is entirely between you, the Partner, and the consumer. Neither consumer nor Partner will hold Gold Medal Brands or any of its family companies responsible for defaults of any kind.
6. You agree to use the Marketplace for your own holiday season purchases, if possible, in conjunction with your purchasing and budgeting limits and restrictions.
7. You agree to accept all marketing, promotional, and communication materials from Gold Medal Brands through the duration of this program. Under no circumstances will you report such messages as spam, nor will you unsubscribe from such materials.
8. You agree, upon having your business profile going active on the Marketplace, that you will join the FB group designated for promoting the Partners of the Marketplace and that you will consider sharing posts or stories of other Partners on your personal and business pages. Further, you acknowledge that you will add the Gold Medal Brands Marketplace as a partner to your website, social media accounts, and newsletters, as applicable, to help promote the Marketplace and its partners. Further, you agree that you will add at least on promotional post to each social media account each week through the holiday season for the Gold Medal Brands Marketplace. We will provide content that you may choose to use.
9. You acknowledge that this is a partnership agreement and that the ultimate goal for all parties is to increase sales for each Marketplace Partner and Gold Medal Brands. While every effort will be made to increase those sales, there can be no guarantee, from any party, that such an increase will occur. Individual consumers are ultimately responsible for their own purchasing decisions.

By entering your name and clicking ‘Submit’ you agree to participate in the Gold Medal Brands Marketplace under the Terms and Conditions listed above. Further, you are expressly giving Gold Medal Brands and its associated companies permission to use your submitted information in marketing and sales efforts to promote the Marketplace and the individual businesses included in the Marketplace directory.
